· Project Management of Parts Uplift project

· Dealer data migration, conversion and merge due to dealer purchases

LARGE BUSINESS PROPOSAL:

Computerized the Engine Distributor Proposal presented to Caterpillar by Empire Machinery including spreadsheets, graphs, text, etc.

 

CONDUCTED MINI STORE SURVEY:

Designed questionnaire; set up appointments; interviewed customers; and summarized findings for management review.

 

TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

· Tutored Spanish for 1 year

· Trained personnel in PC and Mainframe systems usage

· Conducted Sequel training

· Conducted Caterpillar product training specifically designed for dealer female employees

· ViewPoint/DBS Dealer training at 10 dealers
