Reviewed various systems data mapping for 17 dealers. Validated downloads and documented potential issues and comments.  Mapped various versions of CODA and SAP environments as well as DBS/DBSI, RentalMan and QuipWare data. Coordinated peripheral system interfaces.

Created a program to download current inventory model rental rates for a requested division and/or default (*) to an Excel file for mass rental rate updates.  Procedure includes file upload and update of regular, customer and promotional rental rates.

Assisted with Sequel queries including work orders, parts masters, property tax, HR data and commissions.  Created custom reports, as needed.  Designed multiple Management Dashboards. Created files for software migration. Trained personnel on DBS usage and data validation. Created data interfaces from a third-party GPS tracking system to DBS. And much, much more!

Created programs to migrate, convert and merge data between systems as a result of dealer purchases.  Performed Customer, Marketing, Equipment,  Service, PM, etc. as part of 2 separate dealer purchase processes.

Recent Projects

Created Sequel Views/Scripts to automate DBS and Dealer-specific job parameters including date, store and other variables.  Automated jobs include the following and many more! Conducted customized on-site Sequel ViewPoint® training at 10 dealerships to query DBS files specific to job responsibilities.  Training included manuals with step-by-step instructions, hands-on query creation, training exercises and on-screen presentations.  DBS main file listing also provided.  

Created a program to allow Entry Code mass updates.  Allows the finance group to download the Entry Code file, add, change and/or delete codes and upload the file for mass updates.  Prior to final update, users are provided reports to view potential changes before they are put into production.

Created a program to automatically e-mail parts backorder information to customers, counter personnel and store managers.  The customer e-mail is sent in HTML format with email to: links so the customer can easily contact dealer counter or Parts Store personnel for additional information.

Created a program to easily shift equipment between Prime Product and Attachment inventories within the DBS/DBSi EMS system.  This program allows dealers to fix issues with equipment received into the wrong inventory in error.
